For 2017, Penang Mini Maker Faire will be happening on 14th & 15th October 2017 at amazing venue right in the heart of George Town, Hin Bus Depot. Come over to join us with the local maker community to make exciting stuff.
George Town, city of Penang, is the second largest city of Malaysia and was granted with the title UNESCO World Heritage Site on 2008. Penang also known as the Silicon Valley of The East due to the footprint of multinational-company which come over to setup their manufacturing, R&D and BOD services here. The rich culture, heritage, historic and technology scene make it the best place to witness the maker movement.

Maker Faire originated in 2006 in the San Francisco Bay Area as a project of the editors of Make: magazine. It has since grown into a significant worldwide network of both flagship and independently-produced events.
